To include a prospect to the list of companies that you will email, call, or meet with, simply drag-and-drop the card into the appropriate lane.

To assign a marketer to a prospect, simply drag a person’s photo and drop it into a prospect card.

How To Use the Prospect Panel

The Prospect  Panel is where you’ll find all your prospects. This list can be very long, so you can sort them in many ways:

- By the last time they were contacted
- By industry
- By location
- By status (current client, deleted, DNCL (do not call)
- By follow up date
How To Convert a Prospect to Lead

To convert a prospect to a lead, simply click on the Add Lead button and key in the requirement of the prospect and a short description of the requirement. This lead will be available on the Deal Board of the Xamun Sales app, so your sales team can work on them.

How To Use the Communication Log

The Communication Log window pops up every time you drag a Prospect Card from one lane to another, or if you move a Prospect Card back to the Prospect Lane, or when you click on the Done button on a Prospect Card.

In it, you can write down notes on what transpired in each communication effort of your campaign for that particular prospect. You can also add a communication log inside each Prospect Card.

How To Manage Lanes

Each lane can be edited by clicking on the Lane Header. This lets you change its name, delete it, as well as move it to a different location in the board.  The Email Schedule lane and the Meeting Schedule lane are special lanes in Xamun Marketing with special functions. If you delete these lanes, you can reactivate them by clicking on the Reactivate Lane button.

The calendar icon on the left of the lane header lets you sort the prospect cards by date. You can choose among different time frames, or choose a specific date.

Tip: The icon on the right of the Email lane header lets you export contacts on the Email lane into a Constant Contact mailing list.
