- By the last time they were contacted
- By industry
- By location
- By status (current client, deleted, DNCL (do not call)

How To Use the Communication Log

The Communication Log window pops up every time you drag a Prospect Card from one lane to another, or if you move a Prospect Card back to the Prospect Lane, or when you click on the Done button on a Prospect Card.

In it, you can write down notes on what transpired in each communication effort of your campaign for that particular prospect. You can also add a communication log inside each Prospect Card.

How To Manage Lanes

Each lane can be edited by clicking on the Lane Header. This lets you change its name, delete it, as well as move it to a different location in the board.  The Email Schedule lane and the Meeting Schedule lane are special lanes in Xamun Marketing with special functions. If you delete these lanes, you can reactivate them by clicking on the Reactivate Lane button.

The calendar icon on the left of the lane header lets you sort the prospect cards by date. You can choose among different time frames, or choose a specific date.

Tip: The icon on the right of the Email lane header lets you export contacts on the Email lane into a Constant Contact mailing list.
