How To Use Xamun Invoice

How To Create Invoices:

Creating online invoices is now easier and faster with Xamun Invoice.

Track the status of your invoices by categorizing them as paid, closed, or cancelled. You can now put an end to the age-old problem of missing invoices. In Xamun Invoice you can also save client contact information and upload documents such as contracts and project notes. This way, you know your clients through and through.

To create an invoice, simply click on the Quick Add button (+) on the right side of the Invoice panel. Click on the different fields to edit them.

How To Edit Client Details

Click on the pencil icon on the top-right corner of the client’s logo to open a form where you can edit its details.

How To Add and Edit Contact Details

Click on the Quick Add button (+) on the top-right corner of the Contacts panel to add a contact for a particular client. In the form, those highlighted in red font are required fields. To add a photo of a contact, click on the blank image and browse for a photo to upload.

After adding a contact, you can edit details by clicking on his/her photo in the Contacts panel, then clicking on the pencil icon.

How To Upload Documents

You can upload various files related to each client, like your service-level agreement (SLA), so you can organize your office documents. Do this by clicking on the Quick Add button (+) on the top-right corner of the Documents panel.

How To Manage Deals    

The Deals section of the Client Board appears based on the contract type that you’ve chosen for a project. Shown below is the Fixed Price contract where the payment method is dependent on the Milestones achieved in the project timeline.

The Time and Material Contract below gives the options of choosing your down payment, monthly billing date and due date. The hours, like in the Fixed Price contract type, will be based on the data imported from the approved timesheet entries in Xamun Timesheet.

Parting Tip: Xamun Project and Xamun Invoice are integrated with each other. Click on a project name and access the same project setup as in Xamun Project. You can also set your contract type to Fixed Price or Time and Material, define start and end dates, and upload documents.
